Environmental Consulting Services

Phoinix provides a variety of environmental consulting services to public and private sector clients and agencies. Our experience and expertise allows us to function in many different roles, from creation and implementation of stormwater prevention plans, best management practices, site monitoring, environmental due diligence, and even complete project management or acting as a general contractor.

Phoinix can also provide field supervision and documentation of contaminated materials encountered during excavation and demolition construction activities. Our combined construction and environmental experience enables us to evaluate the technical construction aspects, anticipate problems that the construction activities may encounter due to environmental conditions, and minimize or circumvent these problems through planning while maintaining regulatory integrity.
