Phoinix’s broad experience on diverse environmental remediation services and projects provides a sound technical basis for our service offering. Phoinix provides; Environmental, Remediation, Construction and Corrective Action Services; Site Characterization, Investigation, and Regulatory Compliance Services; Stormwater and Erosion Control Management Services; and Environmental Consulting, Oversight and Monitoring Services throughout the United States.

Federal and local government agencies and private industry clients have turned to Phoinix’s staff to solve some the most complex problems that impact our environment, our health, and our welfare. Our staff has significant hands-on experience providing general construction and environmental remediation services to these clients for more than 20 years. Our staff has successfully worked together on over 400 construction and environmental remediation projects, with budgets ranging from $10,000 to more than $13 million. Phoinix staff was responsible for the management and execution of three U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) indefinite delivery-type contracts that involved providing environmental cleanup and remediation services on an emergency response time-critical and non-time-critical basis.
