Stormwater and Erosion Control Services

Phoinix provides stormwater and erosion control management services to both public and private sector clients.

Phoinix provides water quality and erosion control services, which include oversight of inspection and enhancement of erosion control measures, effluent and receiving water quality monitoring, stormwater monitoring and inspection, construction site chemical treatment of stormwater, biological testing and monitoring, and report writing. In addition, Phoinix offers planning and consulting services that include Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation, Water Quality/Turbidity Monitoring Plan Preparation, Department of Ecology National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, and Department of Natural Resources Forest Practices Act applications.

The Phoinix staff is familiar with applicable local, county, and state laws and policies and is experienced in providing client interface with local and state agency personnel. All Phoinix staff associated with providing these services are knowledgeable about new erosion control and stormwater technologies and are Ecology/WSDOT-Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Leads.
